Analysis of the two user profiles: experts (individuals and firms) looking to digitalize and monetize their activity, and clients (individuals and companies) looking for a trusted expert. Distinct journeys with trust signals (certified directory, verified reviews, badges) and a simplified Mobile Money payment to reduce abandonment.

ProLinkApp connects clients with certified experts in Madagascar. Cherry Tech & Design designed the full experience for both the Expert side (moderated registration, workspace, Silver/Gold/Platinum subscription monetization) and the User side (onboarding, expert search, booking, messaging, resources, Mobile Money subscription). Goal: build a trusted ecosystem between experts and clients.

Case Study

The Challenge

Design a mobile app that builds trust in a sensitive sector (legal and tax advisory) while streamlining two complex journeys: the experts' regulated onboarding (supporting documents, 24–72h moderation) and the Mobile Money payment flow (Mvola and Orange Money), a frequent source of friction and abandonment.

The Solution

A structured UI/UX approach with two coherent worlds (Expert and User) sharing a common design system: guided onboarding, status-based dashboards (Visitor, Freemium, Premium), a 4-step booking flow, messaging with video call, and a fully guided Mobile Money payment flow (instructions, SMS reference, proof capture, confirmation) tailored for Mvola and Orange Money.

The Results

A complete mobile app covering the whole journey, from discovery to monetization: expert acquisition and retention through subscriptions (Silver, Gold, Platinum) and a smooth user experience reducing Mobile Money payment abandonment through a transparent flow.
